This is your Christmas Card from the Bishops

Mike and I were very excited about sending off Christmas cards this year. We actually had interesting things to write in it. We wanted to tell you all about Mike's graduation, our move to Boston, Mike beginning Physical Therapy school, and my new job. We even spent a morning taking pictures to put with the card! But the whole thing never came together so everyone gets this e-card instead!

Merry Christmas Family and Friends!

Mike and I have had an exciting year! As you all know, we are currently living in Boston Massachusetts. We are here so Mike can attend Physical Therapy school at Simmons College. It is a fantastic school ranked in the top 25 of hundreds of Physical Therapy schools in the country. Part of what makes it such a great school for PT is that it is located right in Boston's Longwood Medical Area. Mike is learning so much and getting A's.

A couple weeks after moving to Boston I started working for Fitcorp. I started in one of the suburban sites in Waltham doing personal training and front desk work, but I did so good that they offered me a spot doing only personal training at 125 Summer Street right in the Financial District of downtown Boston. I will be transitioning to the new center through the first two weeks of January and then I won't have to drive to work in the snow! I'll just have to take the subway!

Mike and I have done quite a few projects since moving to Boston. We participated in a 3 weekend craft show in Providence Rhode Island. We sold jewelry, aprons, bags, and mostly Hoody Scarfs. It was a lot of fun and a lot of work! Mike did a lot of cutting of fabric and I did the sewing. I'm trying to convince Mike that we should do the spring show.

Since we have been here we have been lucky enough to have some family come out to visit. Thank you mom and dad on both sides! Thank you Jesse (and Tammy for letting her visit)! Thank you Will! and thank you Todd! Who wants to visit us now and get their name in next years card?

Even though we have been enjoying Boston, we miss our family and friends! We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!

Love,
Emily and Mike
